What is the Cleanload Nexus?
Cleanload Nexus is a Closed Transfer Coupler designed for use with easy connect caps. Easy connect caps will be fitted by all of the main agrochemical companies in Europe, starting from the 2023/4 season. Cleanload Nexus has been tested in extended life cycle testing up to 100,000 cycles. It has also been proven in practice with more than 100 prototypes tested with chemical on farms during the product development.
Cleanload Nexus is a Closed Transfer Coupler designed for use with easy connect caps. Using a Closed Transfer system significantly reduces operator exposure and environmental risks from splashing or spilling chemical during loading..
Cleanload Nexus is approved by JKI approval, reference G2260.
how does it work?
Cleanload Nexus must be connected (either permanently or using dry-break couplings) to the suction inlet of the sprayer. It also requires a clean water connection for rinsing containers after emptying. It must only be used with containers that are factory fitted with easy connect caps.

When used with a container fitted with an easy connect cap Cleanload Nexus creates a Closed Transfer System (CTS) that makes filling the sprayer faster, safer and easier than using an induction bowl.
